Stiff Goldenrod Oligoneuron rigidum (Solidago rigida) Full sun; moderately wet to dry moisture level; not particular about soils, growing in a wide range including rocky; strongly acid to neutral pH.  3-5 feet height, blooms late summer into fall, yellow flowers, spreads by rhizomes and can be a heavy re-seeder.
