Part to full shade, medium to dry moisture level, average soil, moderately acid to slightly acid pH.  1-2 ft. height, blooms late spring to early summer, pale blue flowers, spreads by runners.

Native Region:  Mostly in Middle Tennessee, lightly elsewhere

Clump-forming member of the mint family. Plant has greater drought tolerance than most members of the mint family.  Attracts bees and butterflies.

    Even though the narrative says shade, mine are growing just fine in full sun. Also even though they are a mint, they are not aggressive. I wish I had more of them.
