Part shade, wet to moderately wet moisture level, tolerates most soils except rocky, strongly acid to neutral pH.  2 ft. height, blooms summer into fall, yellowish green flowers, spreads slowly by seed but moderately rapid spread by rhizomes.

Germination Code:  C(60), D   Low seed vigor.  Extremely small seed at 1,300,000 seeds per ounce.

Native Region:  Statewide

Plants resemble members of the genus Sedum but the leaves are not succulent.  Inconspicuous flowers and red seed-heads.  Primarily a wetland plant in Tennessee.
